Each year many of us find our diets change for several weeks over Christmas. There are more parties, different foods in the supermarket and of course we can all be tempted by some of our festive favourites. For this reason, if you are living with Chronic Kidney Disease, Christmas eating can be a little confusing and maybe even stressful.
